Learning outcomes from the day:

Aim: For Surrey CDRP to present the findings of the Surrey SUDI thematic review 2014 – 2020 and to share good practice and evidence on reducing future deaths in Surrey

By the end of the day, participants will have an updated knowledge of;

  • the impact of SUDI on friends and family
  • understanding infant sleep
  • current guidance and best evidence based practice on SUDI
  • the national and local data on SUDI
  • the impact of smoking and alcohol on SUDI
  • effective ways to support families in order to reduce risks to babies and support safer sleep messages
